Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.Lyferoots.co.uk. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping and delivery policy. 


Domestic Shipping Policy 


All orders are processed with 2-3 business days. Orders are delivered within 2-5 working days to any UK address including Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Please not that any orders placed over the weekend or bank holiday will not be processed until the next working day. 


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 


Shipping rates and delivery estimates 


UK Mainland: £4 delivery on order below £30 Free delivery on orders over £30 via (find courier) 


Europe and International 


Orders above £100 - Free tracked delivery 

Orders under £100 -  £20 tracked delivery 


Estimated delivery time: 5-10 work days but please allow up to 21 working days. 


Delayed/Lost Orders 


We consider a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 30 days. Though it is unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time, we are unable to process a refund until this period of time has elapsed. LyfeRoots is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss of damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.


Shipment confirmation and order tracking 


You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing all the relevant tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you are experiencing any problems with the delivery, please contact LyfeRoots on 0203 556 5264 or support@lyferoots.co.uk


Receivers Signature 


For safekeeping purposes, deliveries may require a signature upon receipt of order. If you will not be at the given address during the normal office hours, then please provide us with an alternative address where someone will be available to sign on your behalf. If you are unable to sign for your parcel, you will receive a card with the written information on how to collect your parcel. If you do not collect your parcel within the given time of the courier then it will be returned to us for a new delivery and you are liable for the costs to redeliver.
